Great location, we stayed in a double room with private ensuite. The amenities were clean, modern room, good soundproofing of street noise. Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive to our needs, offering tea and coffee each morning.

There were a few problems; First, you will smell cigarate smoke all over the płace to the third floor as they allow smoking in the bar below the hotel. Second, no wifi reaches the rooms, only in the smokey areas reallyt. Third, the front counter is left unattended much of the time as the receptionist works as bartendar at same time, hence leaving the counter where your room keys are left and anybody can grab and go see any room there...scary!

It would be fine to have WiFi access into the rooms, and more security on luggage store. I mean, it was safe and nothing was lost, but the crew never verify if you are taking your own piece of luggage, someone else could easily take away your siutcase

Nice surprise to find a quaint hostel with a spectacular view from breakfast, clean rooms, and easy to find. Definitely worth the money (and we've been road tripping for more than a week around Europe so we've gotten a sense that 60€ for two people may not necessarily get what you'd like. This does!)

I had a skype interview while I was staying there and needed a quiet place to use the wifi the the guy at the front desk let me use the breakfast room--it was perfect! Thanks so much! Security sould be improved if the keys weren't hanging in plain view with the desk often unstaffed

it was very basic but you get what you pay for. however its in the best location and only 4 mins from airport. im not that impressed with the staff some were good. some i just plain did not like because of obnoxiousness comments or tryed to charge me twice for a pint. but maybe he made a mistake. also the bar is closed on a sunday. and if your on the top floor you cant pick up the wireless internet.

Great value for the money (for 2+ people), especially given its location. Because of its location though, it's a bit loud at night and smoke travels upstairs from the bar on the ground floor. I'd probably stay there again though if I were strapped for money.

Everything was lovely, the only trouble we had was they had a party on a Friday night downstairs at the bar. Would be fun and great if you were not trying to get up and ski at 8 am, and could hear the music thumping until the wee hours of the morning. However, besides that I would still definetely recommend staying, good breakfast in the morning, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to old town.

All we have to say is that it was really really nice. We will stay there again!!!!

Great location, just across the river from the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. A nice buffet breakfast. Room was very clean. The wi-fi connection was good in the communal areas. I would recommend this as a good place to stay in Innsbruck. However the rate charged for my room on Hostelworld was 10% higher than the rate at the Hotel.

i think this is just an austrian thing but the smoking indoors really wa\s unpleasant

The location is superb — very near to the historic center, but I was really disappointed by the attitude some members of the staff, they could have been much friendlier.

The place is in a ok location and you can walk to anywhere from the place. It smelt like cigarettes and the staff were not very happy but the place is good for a quick stop over like ours, we were only there for one night. They have a free breakfast which was good.

Good hostel although the night we were there, there was a really loud group next door who would not be quiet. In addition we had our own room but the beds were not pushed together. Great location though and very easy to get into town. The staff, bar and breakfast were wonderful and we would definitely go back.

Eventhough the complication was caused by Hostelworld, the hotel accommodated us. Their hospitality was outstanding. We definitely will come back and tell our friends about this very nice hotel.

the location couldn't be more central and convenient! Loved everything about this small family-run hotel. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our room very much and the hotel was really close to the city! There were a lot of chrismas markets and we´ve seen quite a lot of the old town. We can recommand this hotel, in addition the breakfast was really good. There is a bar downstairs and it`s really smoggi, but we didn`t hear anything in our room. We disliked the cleaning lady instead knocking on our door twice..you should have your privacy, if you want to. But a weekendtrip there is really fine!!! ...m+r
