The facilities are really really basic and worn out: i could hear creaks from people moving upstairs or outaide. It doesn't help that the staff doesn't care or make up for the lack of facilities with helpfulness or proactiveness. There is no warmth and character in this place at all.

The breakfast is great! Also, the hostel is in walking distance from the train station and next to the city's main attractions. I just missed a tv in the room and internet availability.
