No heating in the room, filthy carpet, no garbage bin in the room or in the bathroom.

Our stay was very unpleasant after we noticed a rat/mouse had eaten some chocolate we had in our room, were bitten by bed bugs, the toilet stopped working and the cold New York night air came through a gap in the window that wouldn't close properly. All this was after they had changed us from the first room, which was even worse. DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a notice on the front door and several rooms the states 'hazardous to human health, do not enter' placed there by a NYC building inspector...
