We really liked this place on our quick stay in Cork. Didnt get a chance to be too settled in but the parking out the front was fine at night and we got bumped from a dorm to a private which was lovely of the owner. Will probably stay here again if I pass through Cork as I liked it better then the other hostels I have stayed at in town.

The owner (Tracy) is really friendly and helpful. The hostel really looks like a home because there's a living room, dining area and a kitchen where you can socialize with other guests. Nice place to stay and value for money.

My stay was awesome!! Tracey is a great host who has lots of knowledge of the area and the best ways to get to them. It is a very clean hostel and is only a quick 10 min walk from the city centre. I would highly recommend this hostel and will definately be back!!

Great place! There isn't a nicer soul in all Ireland than Tracy :) Side note, make sure to use Hostelworld directions to get to the Hostel, googlemaps, mapquest, yahoo and all the others all give different directions and they all are wrong besides Hostelworld.

The lady who owns the hostel is so sweet and very helpful. The hostel itself is right across the street from the train station and a 10 min walk from the bus station, which is very nice. However, it´s about a 15-20 minute walk to get to the city center. I felt safe and comfortable here.

This hostel was very quaint and minimalistic. It felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hostel which was refreshing. The lady that runs the hostel was very sweet, helpful and stereotypically Irish. I would recommend the hostel to anyone looking for a homey feel

Did not feel like I was at a hostel, felt more like if I was at a friends house. Tracy is very welcoming and easy going, comfortable bed and a nice homey atmosphere. If you don't mind the 15 min walk to the city center then this is a great place to stay!!

Tracy is amazing! She makes everything relaxed and easy, and she knows Cork and Blarney backwards and forwards. She has bus timetables, maps, and tour brochures posted and can answer all your questions. The place isn't right in the middle of the city, but it's really easy to find from the train and bus stations.

The best hostel I've ever stayed so far! The rooms are VERY clean, lined has been changed. Bathroom was also very very clean, that's something you've never seen in any other hostels. Location is great, few minutes walking from city centre and just in front the train station. Trycia is very nice and fun, she told me tours in Cork and how to go to the Rings of Kerry and Dingle. It was an amazing experience, definitely would stay there again!

The bath floor didn´t look very nice but the bath room carpets were clean and nice. Maybe a ladder for the bed would be nice because you have to step onto the lower bed to get into the upper one. Tracey, the owner, is very nice and fun and helpful!
