Never any hot water, cold, noisy, smoky, no security, terrible breakfast. On the plus side: fast WiFi, lovely helpful owner, authentic location, cheap!

Not actually a hostel - it is a hotel. Double rooms are good with an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is the usual middle eastern breakfast, but there is free tea all the time. They also organise tours, which you can take with other people to minimise cost. Location is near ATMs and downtown food areas. Taxi's are cheap enough to get you anywhere else.
