Great hostel at a perfect location. Just a 5 min walk from where the airport coaches stop and just between the modern shopping district and temple bar. I have already returned to Abbey Coart once. Negatives are that it's been rather cold on the room I stayed in this winter. I believe they expanded but not all rooms were well isolated, heated and had good vent. Also the security could be better with personal lockers. But the staff is friendly and will store your valuables for you.

I have stayed at this hostel quite a few times, and until now have been really happy. I was put on the 3rd floor for the first time. The hall down near my room 42 was like antartica and I almost froze to death both nights, I notified staff twice but nothing seemed to be done at all, the 2nd guy gave me an extra blanket on 2nd night, but told me all heaters were on. A tip would be to buy more heaters!!!! seriously

I would like to be able to choose which bed im in, when I was in a 6 bed doorm.I cannot see why the person at the reception decides which bed you are in.

Great location so central, very clean hostel and the staff were excellent at suggesting venues to visit. Very comfortable beds for a hostel in my view and more than enough amenities in the building. I will be back

The most important thing to me is always the location and this couldn't have been better. The hostel is only a few meters from O'Connell bridge which is the very centre of the city. You can walk to Grafton street on the south side in 5 minutes or Henry street on the northide in 5 minutes for shopping. The staff are very helpful and the place is really clean and well kept. Temple bar is only a few minutes walk and is the best spot for bars and restaurants and has a great buzz.

It was really handy for shopping, in the middle of Henry street and grafton street which are the two best main shopping streets. Everyone was very friendly and gave us lots of advice on where to visit. It felt very safe and the bathrooms were very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay,. The location couldn't have been better - everywhere is walking distance in the city centre. There is a great atmosphere and everyone was so friendly. The staff couldn't do more for you. The Hammock room and the cinema room loooked great but there was so much craic in Dublin, we didn't get time to use them. The local pubs were great and lots of nice restaurants very close by.

Our visit was for this price okay. The main points are that the breakfast is too early and we had no wi-fi in our room the radiator was not really strong !
