There were bugs in our room and the staff did not care but actually blamed us for their presence. They looked like little cockroaches as well there were lots of other little bugs crawling on the floor. We have stayed in a lot of different hostels and a lot of grungy places but this one was by far my least favourite. You really feel like just a number as the staff don't do anything to make your stay feel more welcome. I have never written a negative review before but I really felt like I should.

Great place to stay and I would recommend it if that's all you want. Facilities were amazing and probably the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in. Not a great place to hang out and meet people, no wifi, and no lockers are the only knocks against.

It has a very good location, but it is very noisy. Nothing special but it is enough if you look for a place to spend nights.

Close to the subway and very clean. Very thin walls and bad beds that make your back hurt, though.

Great place! Friendly staff. Excellent location - walking distance to Hammersmith tube and bus station. Value for money. Room was very clean, had a bar fridge and cupboard. Kitchens in the halls were handy too. Would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and had more than we needed. We stayed in private double room with new and modern ensuite shower with shower gel, soap and clean towels. Good location and close to the very centre of London. Very good value for money. No breakfast included but you can't expect getting everything for such a cheap price.

I stayed for a short while in Abercorn House, but while I was there with my girlfriend, my sister, and her friend, we were all very comfortable. The location was excellent, extremely close to the underground station (like a 2min walk) and in a nice and clean looking neighborhood. The man at the front desk was helpful and professional and was kind enough to call a cab for my sister when she had to leave for the airport early in the morning of our departure.

Staying here was an amazing experience. Everybody was nice, the room was really cosy (we loved the beds !) and luminous which was awesome when we woke up in the morning. It wasn't noisy, nor dirty. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet (not in a creepy "living-dead" way) so that was really nice. Being here felt like being home somehow.

First of all was the introduction at the office very unkindly! Not one friendly word!No reading lamp, only the sterile plafond lamp.No wastepaper basket! Not practical doorknob! Only one chair! In the douche impractical doors and water only for a gnome during 10 seconds! The location and the cleanliness was 100% okay, but for us all the other things under the normal level. But the first thing is a warm word at the ontroduction and the price for a warm word costs nothing!Sorry!

Very clean hostel and lovely comfortable bed. Convenient location for the places we were visiting. Showers a bit awkward as there is no temperature control and they do not stay on continuously, same for the sinks there is only hot water in the bathrooms so I brushed my teeth in the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a sink in the dorm too. Also there is nowhere in showers to put towel and clothes without them getting wet and nowhere to put toiletries or my glasses except for the floor!

It feels as though you are 'tons' of people living in the same hostel due to the number of rooms available but to be fair, it is not. perhaps there are quite a number of the people staying in this hostel are 'residents'. the location is very convenient as it is just a 5 minutes walk to the Hammersmith tube station. i like the idea of having a fridge in the room but everything else seems redundant. an average hostel but value for money.

When we arrived to the hostel they sent us to a different flat at a different location. They argued they had some problems in their rooms. However when you choose a place to stay you expect to get there, leave your things and rest.... Not to be moved to a different place

We stayed in an en suite room. Ok, it is a hostel, so it has a basic furniture, but good for price. Hairdryer can be hired for 5 pounds deposit. Luggage room also availabe. It is really close to Hammersmith tube station. I can recommend it, if you don't want to say in London for a long time, but you would like to stay in a private room for less money.
