The staff at this hostel were so unfriendly, they hardly ever gave a simple Hello when entering the hostel. Never told us anything about the hostel, what facilities were on offer literally nothing. The tiny kitchens also do not have any pots, pans, plates Nothing . Very strange. When going to the toilet you have to remember to bring your toilet paper and soap with you, which they do provide, whats the point in that.

Rude receptionist, noisy place. You can hear everyone walking, talking and unlocking doors - in the next room or in the hall way.

Good value for money, clean and warm rooms, but quite far to go to the city center.

I wasn't impressed with the feel and character of the hostel. Long corridors, cold uninviting rooms without character, the place felt more like prison, than a hostel. Shower room could not be locked, only individual cubicles, and there were no hooks or shelves inside them, for the shampoo,or soap.Would not recommend, and would not be staying again. Better place to stay nearby is St. Christophers hostel, just round the corner, but you do have to be careful, because thieves operating in Bellushis...

oh my god. I couldn't recommend this hostels. Its locations is quiet good but the staff.. they are not like welcoming people and oh... not kind ever. and the facillities were awuful. they have a common kitchen but they don't have any pots or anything and the pooriest thing was a shower room. Toilet was very very cold and I couldn't control the degree of water in shower room. how can it be happen. it was tooooooooo cold. I really don't want to remember the stay in there.

On arrival, i was told rather sternly that i could not pay by cash. Upon my return, my double room was in fact a twin. Answering that i wasnt willing to "push them together" i was given a double room. However, when entering this room, two people were already lying in the bed. At that point, i decided to go elsewhere which put me at quite an inconvenience. The atmosphere was dead, service unhelpful, and overall experience poor. I wouldn't advise this hostel to anyone.

its near the Hammersmith tube station, so it is convenient. And i did like the atmosphere there as it clean and tidy, basically it was good and i did recommend it to you all. But the price is a bit above the average as far as i am concerned.

Excellent value for money accommodation - helpful staff, clean and modern, in a pleasant location very close to the underground. We booked a twin room and were given a nice large room for four people all for ourselves. Pleased also to see a fridge in the room, plates and cutlery, plenty of towels, and even free shampoo and soap! I would definitely stay here again when I next visit London.

The hostel was unbelievable clean! The location was also perfect, we needed about 20 min to the city centre. Hammersmith has really good connections and the hostel is just next to the tube station. The kitchen was ok, you have to bring your own pots and tools to cook. The only negative was the noise during the night, the walls of the rooms are like paper, we could hear everything from the corridor and the staircase. The staff members were all really friendly and helpful. I recommend the hostel.

A beautifully clean and well locates hostel with a hint of eccentricity. Apart from that, the place would be damn nigh perfect. It has four floors with toilets and showers and kitchens on each floor. Each dorm room has a fridge for storing one's food. And here's where the eccentricity comes in: A kitchen on each floor is ultra convenient, but .... not cooking pans or utensils are supplied by official hostel policy. How odd. And how annoying. My kingdom for a few pots and pans.

Kind staff, clean, great location. Most things thought out well however could do with larger kitchen/sitting room were you can eat or chairs on bedroom.

I liked the hostel very much and intend to stay there the next time I visit London. Nice and comfortable. The place seems to have been recently refurbished so it is very clean and clear. I stayed in an ensuite room and the staff was very helpful providing us with extra blankets and checking on the heater for us. The location was extremely convenient. I loved staying in Hammersmith, very close to the underground and bus stations. Wireless was 1pound an hour, though.

Don't judge it from the outside, the inside is nice and recently updated. Was clean. We had a private and it was like staying in a hotel, but with out paying the price. I could see it being noisy when it is full.

Arrived at this hostel in a hurry as we had to leave quickly to go see Chelsea play. Struck a major problem when the guy at the front desk said "we only do cash" WHAT THE HELL!!! You are not running a drug business, even the little offy down the road had credit card facilities! Because of this I had to run all the way back to the tube station and we were subsequently late for the game! Furious!!!!! Wi-Fi wasn't free also and that is a big no no these days!!! Who do you think you are!

It was an OK hostel, but no value for money, the room was very small, we barely had any space for our suitcases, and they lost one of my towels as they were cleaning. It was very expensive for how little we got. Also, you don't get free wifi, so be careful with that!
