It was an OK hostel, but no value for money, the room was very small, we barely had any space for our suitcases, and they lost one of my towels as they were cleaning. It was very expensive for how little we got. Also, you don't get free wifi, so be careful with that!

You get what you pay for. Was perfect for our weekend away where we just needed somewhere clean and nice to sleep with easy access to the tube station. Quiet street however tile floors everywhere does make things a bit noisy especially around early morning when people start moving about. Kitchen areas and bathrooms were all very clean and tidy. Nice staff. Would stay again :)

Everything is ok, but showers needs to be adjusted a bit. Light sensors in bathrooms are turning light off too soon and you always end up showering in dark if you are alone in a bathroom or everybody else are showering. Set some sensors to sense movement inside shower/toilet cabins. Please put some hooks for clothes and soap holders inside cabins. Turn heat in rooms up a bit.

I would suggest for wi-fi available in rooms.maybe we can buy a ticket for wi-fi usage in 24 hours by having generated username and password voucher.other things are just excellent.really love the small cafe in front and the fridge, towels, utilities in rooms.maybe can put some slippers in the toilet or rooms.just a simple slipper would be okay.

This is a great place to stay if you're in London for a couple of days! It may not be the fanciest hostel in the world, but t's the cleanest I've ever seen, and we didn't have any problems with noise (neither from other guests nor from the outside), so this is the best night's sleep I ever had in a hostel. It didn't have any lockers in the room, but as they offer small rooms for a very reasonable price so we didn't have to share it with strangers, that was alright.

the hotel is good, near the subway station and a shopping mall that has everything, restaurants, market, exchange ... The room is simple but clean and had a fridge ... people are not very nice and I needed to buy the plug because they did not provide, the internet is also paid and not have breakfast, but has a kitchen that you can prepare your meals. It's just a place to sleep. The price is in line with what is offered.

You should try stay in your hostel for several days as your visitors, especially on upper bed. You would find a lot of places to improve.

the hotel looks pretty clean but on the small and important details it was not! There was hair on our bedsheet, disguting! luckly it was 2 bed so we slept on the other one. London uses a different adaptor, when in most hostel you can borrow it there you must pay for it. also they don't accept card, I asked if I could leave my stuff in the room to go get cash, and the recepcionist said that could only give me the key after it is paid. A little help here wouldn't had hurt! the locaton was ok, but

After having been on the plane for 16hours I arrived to find out that they have upgraded me to a double en-suite room, I was very pleased. The room and the bathroom was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The location is great, it's close to everything.

Male 26, stayed 4 nights in January 2013. It's cheap and you get what you pay for; a bed and four walls. Don't expect much more than that. Good location near Hammersmith station.

This Hostel was very clean and modern , the walls were all cleanly painted and did not have any makes or scuffs, which gave the Hostel a very nice appearance. the facilities are excellent also with many bathrooms and showers on each floor all of wich were very clean as well. a small shop downstair where you could buy water and soft drinks with out needing to leave the Hostel. It is also very centrally located to the underground on three different lines , with a bus station close by also.

It was very easy to find and a good price when booking only 2 weeks in advance. The room we stayed in was a decent size for 2 however a bit of colour would have made it better as everything was white giving it a hospital feel (to which we found out was an old nurse/hospital home). If your a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this place as the building work right outside our room wasn't nice to hear also everything in the hallway. If ur staying out in london and back just to sleep then its decent

A clean hostel on a nice location close to Hammersmith underground, about 20 minutes away from Leicester Square. Shops nearby include Tesco, Primark and Wetherspoon. It's more of a hotel than a hostel so don't go for the atmosphere, the rooms include a personal fridge and comfortable beds. The showers, toilets and kitchens are shared, but clean. The hostel offers plates and cutlery, but no pots or pans, which makes the cooker a bit redundant. The staff are not unfriendly, but not too helpful.

The doors were horrible. Can´t be! Upwords there was a little split. Because of this the voices and people on the floor were very loud. One evening at 11pm someone cooked and burned his toast or sth else. The hole rooms smelt after it and we you couldn´t do anything. That was pitty, the rooms were very cleaned but this made us to think bad about the hostel
