It was very easy to find and a good price when booking only 2 weeks in advance. The room we stayed in was a decent size for 2 however a bit of colour would have made it better as everything was white giving it a hospital feel (to which we found out was an old nurse/hospital home). If your a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this place as the building work right outside our room wasn't nice to hear also everything in the hallway. If ur staying out in london and back just to sleep then its decent

A clean hostel on a nice location close to Hammersmith underground, about 20 minutes away from Leicester Square. Shops nearby include Tesco, Primark and Wetherspoon. It's more of a hotel than a hostel so don't go for the atmosphere, the rooms include a personal fridge and comfortable beds. The showers, toilets and kitchens are shared, but clean. The hostel offers plates and cutlery, but no pots or pans, which makes the cooker a bit redundant. The staff are not unfriendly, but not too helpful.

The doors were horrible. Can´t be! Upwords there was a little split. Because of this the voices and people on the floor were very loud. One evening at 11pm someone cooked and burned his toast or sth else. The hole rooms smelt after it and we you couldn´t do anything. That was pitty, the rooms were very cleaned but this made us to think bad about the hostel

Our bed linen was dirty, it had stains of who knows what... There was no wifi except if you paid. Every service was charged.

My stay at the hostel was OK, just one night there were a group of very noisy young people who have been partying till 5.00 am (was not new new year's night...) It would have been nice if someone of the staff could take care of situation like that.

Overall satisfied. I guess the only complaint would have to be the noise in the corridors\the slamming of the doors... But again, the value for money is great!

I stayed in double bedroom, shared toilet. The toilet was cleaned everyday and the number of toilets was enough for everyone. In the room, you will have your own refrigerator. They also provided the dishes, forks, spoons and microwave. If I go to London again,I will choose this hostel definitely.

There is no equipment in kitchen!!! No pan, pot or any cooking tool. Only a very clean stove is standing here for "exhibition'. Nonsense!

At first the hostel looked really good. The room was clean, there was a fridge and a separated TV room. But then we started to realize the faults - the kitchen was dirty, there were no dishes to cook in, there is no wifi, only payed Internet, there are mice in the back yard and what's the worse - the hostel is incredibly loud! Is it so difficult to set a curfew? I didn't have a good sleep one singe night! Even at times like 1am or 4am it was pretty loud with doors banging and people screaming.

Floors don't need cleaning everyday. You could use milder chemicals with no smell.

The staff was incredibly helpful - they gave us a free upgrade to a private room when we had a shared bathroom originally reserved. The place was very clean, got free towels and it was a 3-minute walk to a tube station. Only downside was that there was no free wi-fi. Otherwise great place to stay!

The location was okay, very close to a tube station, though a bit far from all main attactions in London. The atmosphere was very calm. The room has a fridge and every floor has one or two well-equiped kitchens. You are also provided with plates and glasses. Everything is perfectly clean at all times. The only thing I didn't like too much was the lack of a place to leave your stuff in the showers. You had to manage with your clothes and towels. Internet is one pound per hour.

Very convenient because it is close to the metro station Hammersmith (4 different metro lines) and a bus station. In 10 min, you're in the city center. Moreover the price is good and it looks quite new, it is very quiet (not the good place to meet new people) and there is a tv room and internet access. There is also a storage room to let your luggage the last day of your stay.

Had a very good stay, but I must say the cleaning staff is too noisy when cleaning the rooms in the morning. In two weeks, we were awakened by their screaming to each other in the hallways every single day. Also, the reception staff was very nice, but they must remember that their "smoke break" in the back door leads the cigarette smoke and their loud noises straight into the windows of the guests upstairs, which is annoying and uncomfortable for non-smokers. Other than that it was good though!

It was my third stay at this hostel and I'm always happy to come back. It's quite calm so probably not the best place for parties however a great starting point to explore the city. Definitely one of the best places to stay at when u travel to London.

Location is excellent and it is quite in the night. Their cleaning staff did their job well. the only part i hate is the customer service. i was standing in front of the reception for like 5 minutes and the staff give me no response. I knocked the window and they asked me to wait for 5 more minutes. And actually they werent doing anything productive.

I stayed here because it was very close to the Piccadilly line and could take me straight to Heathrow in about 30 minutes. It is a very large hostel and seems to have long term residents. It was very clean and the security was good. The only negative about this hostel was the bathrooms. The showers were not very nice because you can't control the temperature they turn off frequently. Also, since the bathroom is on a motion sensor light, it kept turning off in the middle of my shower.
