The room was good but the rest of the hostel looks a little bit like an hospital (white corridor with lot of red door) A little bit far from the center of London (about 30 minutes by public transport).

The hostel is close to Hammersmith station, which u can find many tube lines. Also, it is clean, as well as bathrooms and toilets.

- It is not the building Google Maps shows, it is one before turning right, not very appealing - Internet is £1/h and for a very poor and slow connection, it does not worth it - The staff did not clean my room in any of the 5 days I stayed at the place - The staff had an old woman who was always cleaning the toilets at 7.30 a.m. and who did not leave the place for you to go to shower. She kept cleaning while you were inside - The staff was not friendly at all - Breakfast is not included

Unfortunately the water in the shower wasn't hot but lukewarm . During our stay there was repairs, and in our opinion in the part of the hostel where are guests there shouldn't be any renovations, because there are problems with sleeping!

good location and value for money, we had a double bed which was very small but we did not mind as it was just a place to sleep for 2 nights. walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the room next door. would be much better if they had free wifi as well.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. They are remodeling, which means that there is a lot of noise during the day. Walls are not sound-proof and you can hear noise from your floor/other people's bathrooms. Very good value for the money and I would stay here again, but bring earplugs.

The first thing that disappointed us about this hostel was how utterly unwelcomed we felt. The receptionists all seemed to despise being there. The hostel itself feels like a rehab centre or something; long, white walled corridors and no one else in sight. We then found a cockroach in our bed. The bathrooms and kitchens are immaculately clean, to be fair. However, cold, push-button showers and no cooking utensils to speak of. Lots of hidden costs too. No character, boring, a rip off.

This is my second time in this hostel and if I ever go in London again it will be my place to sleep. Great conection with city and Heathrow, Tesco near by as well as Primark and Poundland (everything 300-500 m from hostel). Jasmin, Croatia

Fair prices. Showers were a bit cold and had to constantly press a button for them to work. The double swinging doors were especially loud and difficult to use. Overall, not too bad. Had a clean room and the staff was helpful.

The room was new and ok. The lack of breakfast is a pity, but the area is full of bars so it is not a problem. Good value for the money we paid being in London.

A wonderful simple place without frills or pretensions, where you can have some privacy (at least in a private room, can\'t speak to the dorms). Very nice showers, warm rooms, very close to Hammersmith tube line.

very good location, very clean, showers and toilets new, the guy who cleans is very nice and kind and ready to help, some stuff at the reception also, some not, but in general ok, rooms are nice and clean. the only thing i didn't like is the noise during the night, but that were the guests, nothing to do about. tv room is a nice space for making friends, maybe a bar would be even better :)) in general i reccomend this hostel to everyone, great value for money!!
