When I book a hostel I do not expect first-class accommodation, but this place is very poor. No soap and hand towels in the bathrooms, carpets have not been cleaned for ages. Staff cleaning the bedrooms did not even knock at the door before entering; dirty fridge. Too expensive as nothing except the bed is offered.

I was booked into a shared room, but one of the guys there was smoking in the non smoking room, I complained & got moved to a much nicer room, so they looked after me, but did feel a bit too far from the city.

Only one shower for about 8 (?) rooms; otherwise hostel is really recommendable.

Cons: far from downtown; kitchen dirty and housekeeping not cleaning it up; noisy neighbourhood; poorly soundproofed apartment; heater in room waking us up when boiling in the morning. Pros: accommodating and friendly staff; large rooms and comfortable beds; free luggage storage; a five-minute walk to the green B light-rail line; lively student neighbourhood filled with restaurants and bars for the going-out type. All in all: slept well for cheap and would stay there again.

There is no phone in the hostel. The phones are very old and only for internal use. Too bad

We saw a mouse in the room! The door barely close. Quite far from the center.
