The staff were very friendly, bathrooms were nice, the fact that every bed had a locker underneath was great, breakfast is typically Israeli and pretty good, and the Happy Hour is the best deal in town 1L of Goldstar beer for 27 shekels? Outrageously good. Gil at the front desk was especially helpful and awesome. Would definitely stay here again and it is well worth the money.

Spacious hostel, great bedroom, delicious breakfast (included). We booked a trip to Jordan through Abraham which we were very satisfied with! Staff was great except for one of the women working for the event planning desk. It seemed like she would rather watch youtube videos rather than help us plan our trip. That said, the rest of the staff were very accommodating - The cook even let us take leftover food on Shabbat dinner when we arrived too late buy tickets to the event!

One of the perfect hostels in the world... Though many of the hostels where runs one whole big mansion can easily become business-like and kindness-lacking, this place is not that type. Only the travel agency counter is not supportive and even un-realiable, that is not the hostel's fault. They have everything you need. Strongly recommended.

Wonderful, wonderful hostel. I stayed for 5 nights and there was always a great atmosphere in the lounge/kitchen/bar area, plenty of people willing to meet new people and socialize outside their group, tons of activities in the hostel itself (Hebrew class, Shabbat dinner, Open mic night, etc) and out (pub crawl, day trips to loads of places, etc). Very clean and hot showers. The staff was also great, and the breakfast was more than just cereal! (Veggies, cheese, toast)

Probably the best place to stay in Jerusalem. A professional hostel with everything. Laundry could use one more dryer but that's about it. There are a few shops and even a bakery around the corner of the same building. Everybody seems to be happy to stay there - for good reason. Tours are good, too - highly recommended for Jerusalem.

Great hostel, free breakfast! We stayed in the 10 person dorm. Room had plenty of room for everyone, but all the larger person rooms (6 or 10) are on the basement level and have windows that face a very busy street. It was loud at times, other than that it was great! I would go back to this hostel again and again

If you're looking for a huge hostel with several floors, huge lounge to hang out and mingle, games events tours and other conveniences, perfect cleanliness, and free lockers, this place is the perfect place to go! So this is not the quiet place to go to be in solitude or make one or two good friends, but a place have fun with backpackers, southeast asia style! it's located in the new city, close to jerusalem's nightlife, but a bit of a walk to the old city, mt. of olives, and other tourist areas
