I was def impressed with the breakfast. The middle of the week usually has a better breakfast than the weekend but they actually had fruit. The showers were in the rooms but they were really hot showers... almost too hot. But I guess it's better than cold. You have to put your own bedding on your pillows and comforter. Luggage storage was big and organized. Pay to use the computers for internet.

In a great location within walking distance of the attractions in the city centre, with the benefit of a bus route to the airport almost directly opposite the front door. The kitchen and breakfast facilities were good and staff friendly and helpful.

Very old place, narrow hallways, dirty bathrooms with mold...

Excellent breakfast, good value for money, but our toilet was out of order which was a bit poor. Good clean beds and linen. This is our second stay and we would stay again. Thanks.

The room was fairly disgusting. There was so much hair all over the bed - on the duvet, on the mattress, and the pillow. God knows what else was on the pillow. Even after I put the sheets on I didn't feel clean sleeping in it. Something must have also been wrong with the toilet/plumbing/sewage system in our room (number 12 in the yellow house) because it constantly smelled like sewage. Breakfast was below average as well - the bread was stale and nothing that should have been cold, was.

I really enjoyed my stay at Abraham House and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

There are no lockers in the rooms, instead there are ones in the ground floor and they are not free (3 to 5 EUR / day).

Very good hostel with helpful staff, excellent location in the city centre. Breakfast was great with more options, not just cereals. They also helped us to get on the airport at 4:30 am (there is no public transport in the night). We can definitely recommend this hostel.

Room was quite small for 6 beds & very noisy when anyone went up or down the stairs outside. Ensuite small but clean and functional, however there were few bathroom facilities outside the ensuite. Kitchen was small and quite basic, and not very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful, though occasionally overwhelmed by the people coming and going, as they have to buzz everyone in twice - once at the front door and once into the entry way, because you have to hand your keys in every time you leave.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. They gave great advice on what sites to visit when I had only one afternoon to go site-seeing. Whenever I went to the desk with a question, I was answered right away because there were two people sitting there when I arrived (around 3:00 PM). The location is excellent! I enjoyed all the places I visited while I stayed at Abraham house (Christ's Church, The Brazen Head, the Famine Memorial, and the various bridges I saw along the way).

I only have good things to say! Very good atmosphere, nice and varied common areas, clean rooms and good bathrooms. Great location! Staff always ready to help! I strongly recommend!

Shower and toilet in the room is appreciated, although the shower was kinda disgusting (very old...). Breakfast was okay - but they only have instant coffee, so coffee drinkers might have to get their daily dose of caffeine somewhere else! All in all, good value for money, but I won't stay there for more than 2-3 nights.

A great option to stay in Dublin

This place was cold , temperature dropped, rained all weekend, Got influenza and was glad to leave, request for heating to be switched on declined. Overall poor show, no atmosphere , will not return or recommend .

the staff very friendly, but the hostel is very noisy on the floor, you can not sleep because of the noise made by people walking. One night is ok.

Great place for the money and if you like to party this is for you. Nice rooftop smoking area along with a good bar and restaurant. Staff was really helpful with anything and everything. If your a light sleeper avoid the 20-something ppl rooms as most people are loud coming in. But if you sleep heavy then save some money in the big dorm!

The hostel is very nice, I'll stay there this week again, but I won't make my book by Hostel World because there is a tax that I needed pay and by Booking.com I don't need pay this tax.

No bells and whistles here but a great bargain place. Not in the center of things so you do have to walk a bit to get to main attractions, however that's what I prefer. (It does have some grocery stores nearby.) I felt that the staff was very friendly, facilities were relatively clean, and a good breakfast. It's an older building so naturally things have a worn look and feel, but the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. I'd recommend this place and stay here again in the future.
