Kitchen and other common areas smelled of old food and mold and looked rather neglected and shabby. Fan in bathroom was so loud I couldn't turn on the light for fear of disturbing roommates.

It was a nice check-in before I headed for the airport the next day. There was no need to put in any deposits and it was in a perfect spot for jetting to the airport.

Very good experience - staff went out of their way to ensure that I got a lower bunk (I'm 62 years of age - lower bed is just easier). Neighborhood well located for entertainment and food.

I loved the security at Abraham House and it far exceeded other hostels I've stayed in. I also enjoyed that breakfast was included as well as sheets, it truly made it worth my money.

Some of the people staying in our room were odd and the hostel staff didn't seem to care that someone staying in our room had run from a taxi and smoked up inside. overall not a bad place, you get what you pay for.

Overall the experience in this hostel was ok, but rooms and bathrooms were not very clean, everything very old (especially in the bathroom), and with absolutely no acoustic isolation between rooms and the corridor. We also had to stay 2 nights in a 8 bedroom and there were 2 people (out of 8) were sleeping in folding bed in the middle of the tiny room...

Owner Comment (Show)
we do apologise about this, your room mates seem to have had their friends in for a sleep over, they had booked 3 beds in the room with you and 2 beds in another room but decided they all wanted to share which resulted in them making their own beds on the floor this is not something we allow and if it had been brought to our attention at the time we would have ensured they were all tucked up in their own allocated beds

Couldnt find anything to fault except would have liked to have the option switching on the heating

The staff was really helpful. Location was great, you can easily access the Airport via the stop which is just in front of the Abraham Hostel. It was also clean and breakfast was good.

No oven in the kitchen but a lovely free breakfast. My mattress smelled moldy but everything else was kept up pretty well.

I booked a seat on the transport to the air port, when I got up, the seat had not been booked by the staff, the transport was full and I missed my plane and had to pay again, thanks for asking.

The hostel is fine, very good location. There was once a weird moment when I didn't get key to my room because they all were gone. But the rest was alright, big plus for the breakfast!

Nice location, close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. It should have lockers inside the room and could offer a typical Irish breakfast.

I had a single ensuite which was a nice room, comfortable and good value. Shower was great. As for location, the surrounding blocks are pretty dead, but it was walkable to the main tourist areas. Breakfast was good. My only real complaint was with noise, as there seemed to be a large group of high school students occupying the rooms surrounding mine, and they were pretty loud both late at night and early in the morning.

Nabil and the other man with the English accent were nice and friendly

I had an amazing stay in a 6 bed dorm for 5 nights. Room was cleaned and quiet. The WIFI is not always working but they are a lot of people to make friends with. Perfect location, close to convenient stores and main attractions! People at the desk are really nice. I surely come back! Free breakfast is good enough for a good start!
