Generally, the facilities are old and needs to be renewed. The floor of the room is dirty. Although, the internet is wifi and free, but the coverage is poor and you have to come to lobby for access to internet. Also, to extend the date they charge 50 percent more for the same room, which is not reasonable.

The twin room is small with narrow beds, but full of light and clean. The location is quite good, 5 minutes from the main train station. The breakfast is very good.

Strong smell due to the newly furnished room, noisy. Overall it is good.

It was alright. The location is its biggest asset, as it's a short walk from central station. A bit overpriced though.

The twin-bed room was sufficient for two children and two adults. Although we had to use a shared toilet and a shared washroom it was fine for day-long busy schedule and the nap in the comfortable bed. Internet access was easy to get and worry-free. The reception was cheerfully helpful. We also took the advantage of the locker room. However, one of the dissatisfying factors is the tiny little, hazy TV with negligible number of channels. A second issue is that floors are not disability friendly.

I liked the location and breakfast. Internet signal could be improved. I couldn't use my computer in my room. Had to go to the reception. Other than that, everything is good.

Staff were very friendly and as always it suited us for an early morning flight!
