We had 1 night there, and had to get in at midnight. They were very accommodating and gave us proper instructions to check in after hours.

Too small kitchen, and poor opening hours (7am-10pm). Not enough common areas and it all closes at 10. Doorm was tiny. Location is excellent and nice people around.

Super fun atmosphere! Every night everyone hangs out in the common room/tv room to drink and then go out together. Really makes for an awesome community!

Nice hostel. Very up beat and in the middle of town. Little noisy at night from street traffic and kitchen is too small, but well stocked with spices and the only one I've been in that offered cling wrap, which was nice. Lounge a little hidden but comfortable.

Very clean, big rooms. The street noise is a little loud but with earplugs it's fine. The best wifi in all of NZ!

Great stay. Definitely one of the top hostels in Queenstown.

This should be the top hostel in Queenstown, I tried the other "top" and because of the newness of this place, it's only a matter of time before they become #1.

I really enjoyed my time here. It is so central in Queenstown and the staff are excellent at helping booking trips and recommendations. The kitchen is quite small for the amount of people staying but it's not a huge deal. The place is extremely clean and rooms are excellent with amazing views of Queenstown. Even a TV in the room if you want a quiet day in. Highly recommend this place and will stay again if I go back to Queenstown.

The lounge closes really early which is upsetting. Got stuck in a room with 5 guys who were on long-term stay, did not really mesh with my travel plans. Better organization of rooms would have made my stay better. The location cannot be beat! More activities and social outings organized would make this place even better. Kitchen is small and crowded but offers all amenities.

Great hostel in the city centre, close to everything. Room absolutely clean, bathroom inside. Double bed available for the same price (in 4 bed dorm). Free and excellent Wifi (so rare!). Nice view on the lake. Great staff. Great common room with TV and pool table.... Definitely recommend this hostel to stay in Queenstown!

Very good hostel. We booked a double room which is on the top floor. The view of the room is fantastic, the slow mountain, the lake and the lovely lake square.

Location is great. Clean room.

Restroom door was very noisy. You could wake up the rest of the guests in the middle of the night just by going to the restroom.

Nice hostel to stay at. Room was clean and comfortable and there is a lift for those with big suitcases/bags. Location is great, main strip in Queenstown just a few minutes walk (Queenstown is pretty small anyways). TV/games room closes at 10 or 11 which may be annoying for those wanting to stay up late but it's still great to have the facilities. The 4 person room I stayed in had lockers which was great. Atmosphere was ok, not as good as others i've been to but still recommended.

We stayed there for 5 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The Hostel is really cool incl. Free wifi everywhere! The only thing which wasn't perfect was the cleaning in my room. Could be a lil bit better!

Negatives first - had to move rooms during stay (HostelWorld issue?), kitchen is tight. Lots of positives - staff are fantastic (Ryan in particular was excellent), location is great (central to everything, without being noisy at night), facilities are clever and practical (hooks sockets everywhere, seems like travellers designed/outfitting the place), warm fireplace in the common area, good and reliable free internet (unknown in NZ/AUS!). Overall a very comfortable hostel, with a fun atmosphere.
