Very small rooms. The beds were old and noisy when they shake (specially if you like to move a lot while sleeping). It wasn't very dirty but it could have been a lot better. The private bathroom was ok.

Such a cute hostel in the great city of Paris! As three 18 year old girls, we felt safe staying here. We were also impressed with the views from our room; you could see the Eiffel Tower all lit up at night. It's in a good location, very close to a subway station and some good bars and restaurants. The elevator is a little sketchy and there isn't any air conditioning, but for the price and location, you can't beat it!

This hostel was essentially just a bed and a toilet. If you are traveling with people or not interested in making friends, it's perfect. Very tiny storage lockers on the first floor (about 8 X 8 inches and 12 inches long). Front door always unlocked, so only key-card bedroom door separating you from anything that walked in. Free breakfast was more than I expected--croissant, baguette, granola, coffee. Staff didn't really provide specific recommendations, just general areas for food. OK at best.

This place is located close to Gare du Nord, which makes it convenient if you're coming from or going to a train. There is not much atmosphere to speak of. People generally stay to themselves. The ensuite bathroom was a nice plus and allowed for some more privacy. It didn't seem like the cleanest or best-maintained facility, and the push-to-start showers were a real pain. The push only got you a minute or so of water, necessitating constant pushing. Annoying.

Nice place. Had good showers and rooms. Not really any common area and not much of an atmosphere. Also kind of expensive but so is everything in Paris. I'd come back.

We were two girls upgraded to a 4 person room and stayed for 4 nights. The neighborhood can get a bit loud, but we still appreciated the large window overlooking the streets. Lots of restaurants around, breakfast at the hostel was good. Would definitely come back to this hostel! Two metro lines closeby, don't provide free towels, staff didn't always seem to be able to give suggestions.

No complaints about this hostel, great location in montemartre. The rooms were cleaned daily, there was a helpful man on reception at all times and good selection for brekky. However there is no common room or social area to make friends an meet other guests, so is ideal if you are travelling with friends or not interested in meeting other people

The location is good, close to metro station. but be careful, you'd better confirm your booking before your arrival because they seems to have system problems when I was there and they didn't get my booking.......The staffs there were very kind and helpful to find us another hostel, but not as good as this one. We ended up with staying just one night in this hotel. the room is clean though.

Room was dirty, walls where stained, furniture not in great condition and bed was like a hammock! Staff was helpful and location is convenient.

Stayed in a 6 bed dorm which was tiny! I could barely squeeze between the beds and there was no room for luggage. Our shower had no head and was terrible. There are no lockers in the rooms and no baggage storage. If you leave your baggage once you've checked out, they leave it in the corridor where anyone could take it. Breakfast was good but the kitchen is tiny and extremely hot. Plus wifi doesn't work in the kitchen, which also doubles as the only common room. Location is great.

Nice hostel with good breakfast. It was located in a cosy area with many resturants and bars. The metrostation was close!

Location is good and staff is friendly. Stayed in a single private bedroom and bed was uncomfortable, shower was missing shower head and there was mold on the shower ceiling. Also mold in kitchen. Elevator so small and sooo slow. Lighting in the bedroom and bathroom very dim.

Close to the metro station; Breakfast is included which offers you a really good meal; Wifi works in the room, but the room is quite small and NO locker in your room. You can only store your property in a very very small locker located in the ground floor of the hostel; There are many restaurants and bars nearby the hostel so in the night it would be quite noisy so please aware it.

Great staff and convenient location.

very basic hotel but have breakfast! thats good. one thing i like this hostel is near to Metro station Republique and near to HALAL restaurant. Easy to get halal food as a lot of shop sell kebab. other that, this hotel near to laundry shop! easy for us to wash our clothes. the staff can speak English thats great! i enjoy my stay here. the bad thing is that toilet.. the shower need to be repair.

Appear to stay there for only one night because for the high price. Location is a bit far from the main train stations, took us 15 mins to walk and find the hostel. The hostel itself is quite small, especially the shower room. Breakfast included, which was the merit. In conclusion a bit expensive for the service and rooms offered, but that's Paris.

On the up side, hardwood floors, winding staircase, and old-fashioned wallpaper gave the place some personality. There was always someone at the reception, and the staff was more than happy to help with my questions on how to get around. Decent breakfast. On the down side, there are no big lockers in which to keep luggage, just a hallway where any other guests could easily root through your bag if they wanted. Also, our window wouldn't close, so there was quite a bit of a noise from the street.

Staff was alright and the location was good, very close to Paris' metro. Room was relatively clean and it wasn't noisy at night given my room had a window right next to the city street. The breakfast cook was very friendly!

Great staff, good location, clean and tidy - only improvement would be luggage lockers in the room. Thank you.

Friendly staff! Beds are comfortable.
