The management is really poor they let me stay at the 4th floor(seems like attic) on the first night, it really tired to take the luggages without any lift and those floors. I stayed the second day in the basement near the kitchen and found out the hygiene problem is serious. But the location is good is only few minutes walk to the natural history museum and V&A museum, it hard to image I stay here again if not for those two museums.

I booked in for a full week here as this was a perfect location. The family that runs the place seem really friendly, but honestly its being run terribly. I think the poor lady doing all the cooking and cleaning for the whole place is the owner's mother and she looks completely worn out. It was really dirty & dusty, there was old stale food & plates in the rooms, a tv next to my head the other guests watched all night and one toilet for an entire floor. And NO security or lockers at all.

The area is quite dull, but very central so you're close to so many things. Quiet street. The rooms were alright although the floor was in desperate need of hoovering. The bathroom was dirty too, and constantly occupied by other guests. The bed was clean however, which was the most important thing to me.
