It was my second time staying in Accademia B&B and I would surely recommend this place. The lady is very kind and caring, the neighbourhood is quiеt and peaceful, the breakfast is quite OK - not rich but pretty enough for the price. There are no places to have fun except a bar nearby but it's a perfect place to stay.
