Our Richmond Court based studios and apartments are within close proximity to the major cultural and commercial areas of the city, besides they are strategically located in front of the largest exhibition and conference centre of the city, Olympia, making it an ideal choice for business and leisure travellers.

Please Note:
To check into these apartments, you will need to go to our central check in point at the Umi Hotel in Bayswater, where you can pay for your booking and we will arrange your free transfer to the apartments in Richmond Court. Please note - we cannot issue VAT receipts for your stay.
By making a reservation with your credit card or debit card, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date (not the arrival time) or that you fail to arrive on the arrival date, you authorise Access Apartments to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you the amount equivalent to one night. Your non-arrival by the agreed arrival date will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Cancellation - the original 40% is non refundable at time of booking. Balance of 50% can be cancelled up to 72 hrs prior to arrival date with no charge
