Acco is a modern and functional hostel in the heart of Stockholm. You book through web, receive pay and check in instructions with email. We are a no staff hostel. Generally, you can not see us but we work hard to save your money, time and provide a pleasant and quiet stay.
No reception. You receive email with pay and check in instructions. Extra charge for cash payments 10 euro. The link for payment will be sent to you at once you have done your reservation (you should use your credit/debit card in this case, no bank transfers).
Phone number. Please provide us with correct mobile phone number including country code. After payment is done we will send you booking confirmation by sms with room number and all necessary codes to get into.
Free wifi in lobby and all guestrooms 24h.
Free cancellation 2 days prior arrival.

Free tea and coffee.
Free washing machine/dryer to use before 21:00.
24h security cameras observation.
Free luggage storage room.
Bed linen and towel only for 40sek/person.
No common room
Please observe that one of the 4 bed rooms does not have windows. Booking is placed by system and we do not make changes in it.
Check-in from 14:00.
Check-out till 12.00 (midday)
Guests can use refrigerator and microwave. No cooking. There are many bars and restaurants close to the hostel. Mc donald's is on the same street.
Age restrictions. Children only over 12 years old.
Hostel is not suitable for disabled people unfortunately.
Bed linen. All guests are required to use bed linen, sleeping bags are forbidden. Guests can buy fresh and clean bed linen and towel from us, it cost only 40sek/person. In case guests stay without bed linen or use sleeping bags, hostel reserve rights to charge guest's card for extra cleaning expenses.
No smoking, no alcohol, no parties. We care about our guests and want them to relax and have a good rest. In case of breaking the rules hostel reserves the right charge guests card and ask to leave without refunds.
Reservation change: to change reservation (increase/decrease number of guests, change dates, change room type, etc.) You need to cancel whole booking and make new one. You lose the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation: free cancellation up to 2 days prior arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show guest will lose 1st night payment. In case of late

Hostel has right to pre-authorize provided card. In case the authorization is unsuccessful you will be contacted by the hostel and required to provide an alternative credit card: if no credit card is provided, the hostel has right to cancel booking due to it is not guaranteed.
We do not accept cancellation / changing via phone.
