too pricey for what is provided in return... stayed 1 night there and moved to other place.... which was 10 times much better on church street and for the same price.wont go back again unless all the places in downtown is full.

It´s great, secure, it´s a good place to stay, when you are in Toronto. It´s located in a place near the things you need.

Good value and excellent location. Management and staff are amenable and it runs like a family business. Ensure you have a phone in case you arrive outside of office hours!

- we had to use a public phone to call them to check in, there is no reception. - rip-off artist! be prepared to pay 21% (!) more than the amount on your confirmation is. - the footman, who does the check-in don't know anything, called the manager and said "talk to my manager", so we talked to him on the phone. - the airconditoning was not working. - you'll not get your blanko signed security credit card deposit sheet back. - be prepared to reach the mailbox when trying to call them!
