Ace of Spades

The Ace of Spades is a refreshing apartment established in the Pijp area just a street over from the Albert Cuyp market, one of the most considerable street markets in Europe. With its optimum location, connecting trams to the city center takes less than 5 minutes. Even if you were the luckiest person in the world, you probably won't find another grand apartment like this.

Chic and dreamy is the apartment since it has been recently renovated. It is without a doubt the perfect decision that everyone in your group can make when coming to experience Amsterdam.

When you enter this 1st floor apartment, the living room's cosmopolitan and enchanting decor will please the preference of even the most difficult guests with extraordinary tastes. The whole apartment is open-styled with big windows and plenty of light. The TV corner will soon enough become your comfort zone.

The living area has two single sofa beds around a coffee table with matching rug. Sit on the floor with your socks off while mapping your way around the city. In the same area, you have a dining table where you can set the table for 6 guests to eat on and there are some small bar stools that you can use as well. Of course, all this is possible thanks to the fully equipped kitchen which has a fridge, gas stove and oven. A single bed can be placed here for the third guest.

At night you can nod off in one of the three beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have bedside lamps but the main bedroom has bedside table for added comfort during the night, so the choice is yours!

The apartment has a private bathroom, with a bath tub, shower corner and a sink. There is a separate toilet.

With loads of attractions in the area, why don't you stroll down over to the Sarphati park and take a moment to loosen up and unwind on the green? ***Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Cleaning fee 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:

-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%

-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.

-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.

-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
