The room was not in good order, the sheets were dirty and the pillows were rock hard. The room was also extremely cold at night, and the toilet and shower were very close together. I think this 'guest house' is overpriced and would not recommend this to anyone.

I was very impressed with the acme hostel. very conveniently situated, it was reasonably priced and the staff were at all times courteous and helpful .It is the ideal starting point for a trip to Nepal.

It's my second time at Acme, the staff is always great but the hotel need refurbish urgent. Mainly the showers and toilets.

It's a nice enough get away in the tourist jungle of Thamal. I had a single economy (cheap) room with an outside bathroom. It wasn't anything great but that is what you got for the price (580 NPR). Overall I would go there again!

location was great, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful. Power cuts were a little inconvenient but that affects all of Kathmandu. Didn't really see any other guests while I was there but I didn't mind. Overall value for money! no major problems.
