I appreciate the workers at Aconcagua Hostel. They were very very helpful and kind to me. Tha is important when someone is already going through culture shock. I appreciate them. Rita

The 'dormitory' room I was in had 2 bunkbeds, with literally 1foot between them. There were lockers which were too small to put anything in. Luckily I was the only person in the room; had there been 4 people, would not have been room for backpacks, the room was so small. The place had poor lighting; felt oppressive The bathroom facilities were on the floor below the sleeping quarters. The kitchen facility was nice. In general the place looked nothing like the pictures on the web site.

The Staff is friendly, but not all are so competent with the computer or with talking english. but all in all, they managed everything. The Pool-billard is good, and I was astonished, that it was always available, when we liked to play. The time for using the internet computers is not controlled, and some of the guests use the upper PC very longtime. The location is great, supermarkets, bars, restaurant, money exchange, metro are nearby.
