The room, especially the bed and the bathroom, wasn't clean. At my first day nobody were at the recepcion for questions (For example: How to leave the hostel? Where do I find a supermarket? Why don't work the Internet? etc.). No breakfast at my first day.

Tís Santiago and apart from the Front Desk the hostal is run for the staff...Try finding yogurt or fruit at breakfast...all surrupticiously spirited away
