The place wasn't that good when you compare who much you pay for it and who much the other costs. The bedrooms were fine, but i needed to hold the shower cause wasn't tied in the wall, and also had no curtain, so the bathroom got all wet. The staff was ok, no one really interested on talking to me.

It is a great place, really. I stayed there for two separate nights in the mixed dorms. It is, as most Budapest's hostels, an apartment turned into a hostel. The place is very clean, beds are comfy, staff great and helpful. Great value for money. Location excellent, lots of shops and pubs around and sights are in walking distance. The only problem is the nearby noisy street and traffic throughout the night, but there's not much to be done about that. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great little hostel - super clean, probably the nicest kitchen facilities of any hostel I\'ve stayed in. It\'s great having all the amenities of an apartment, and the location is perfect! Walking distance to basically all the major sites and the metro is right on the corner if you need. Met a lot of great people here, and if I return to Budapest I will definitely stay here again!

Great location, near everything. Caring staff, I had bad astma one night, needed medicin and the receptionist got it for me. I owe her that nights sleep =). Secure and clean place.

The 4 flights up in the evening was a little tiring, but the place itself was not bad. The hostel is basically a flat, dont be thrown off by the hostel manager sleeping behind his desk at night.

Anna was very helpful in corresponding with me prior to arriving. The place is affordable and very well kept. She offered us maps and activity guides. There was internet and locked storage next to each bed.

Nice and helpful hostel staff, the facilities are clean, and a comfy common room with chess to play!

You feel home at this Hostel. Great staff: Thomas, Anne and Sara. The location is perfect if you wanna walk tour the city and it is inside an old build that makes you feel during the communism time. Good price benefit. We also liked the pictures on the wall made by Anna who gave us the pleasure of seeing her painting. Thiago & Márcia - BRA

I don't know why this hostel has such a low rating. It was very cheap and very clean. Very nice staff was always helpful. It's definitely a very quiet hostel, so if you want to party you should probably head elsewhere. We stayed at this hostel after having stayed at a party hostel for the past 3 nights, and it was a good place to get some rest before heading out again. Definitely recommend this hostel!

Quite a nice place, though not very classy. Average in most respects. The iron beds are pretty depresive though and they squeeze terribly.
