Really unique little place in the centre of everything, cheap and free (good) coffee!!

Adagio was a bit 'average' compared to other local hostels. Their environmental credentials are spot on though. Showers had timers to conserve water flow and no area to store shampoo etc. Door is approx. 30 cm from shower curtains so short shower. Common room had no TV( (save electricity - good) and use of recycled wood pallets with cushions on top was original idea . I like the fact no cows were harmed on making sofa or other such unnecessary furniture.

Staff were helpful and nice. The location is just perfect, it's next to the Stephan Church. Nice and good restautants nearby. But there were things that could be improved: wifi was weak sometimes, shower was troublesome (one had to press for the water every 10 seconds, and the temperature of the water was not stable)

Great location near metro stop and city centre. Staff fairly helpful. Rooms clean, good size, we had en suite which was nice. Kitchen small but adequately stocked, could easily cook in it. Large common room although this and kitchen area noisy at night. Overall Overlapped stay.

It was a really nice stay in the Hostel. The staff was really kind. Everything was perfect.

Adagio 2.0 is right at the main intersection in Budapest, making getting around Budapest so easy! The night we got there, the guy at the desk sat down with us with a map and recommended places to eat, see, and places to go out at night. The rooms and bathroom were really clean and the building was really nice - it's in an old, government protected building - so it has a lot of character! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Very nice and clean place with excellent location. I really liked that most of the furniture very creatively self made, something special around these "everythings from Ikea"-solutions :)

Hi, + nice, safe and renovated hostel with + excellent position in the Pest center, but: - very noisy (Andrassy Street, thin walls/doors between the rooms) - beds and mattrasses are thin and uncomfortable (underparts are no beds, but europallets nice and hard and smells like painted) - employees did not look for peace and order during the night (loud until 5 in the morning) Therfore, sorry but no recommendation!

I have traveled to over 30 countries in the past 6 years, and usually stay at hostels because I just need a CLEAN place to sleep and warm shower and use the money saved on other stuff. Adagio Hostel 2.0 Basilica maybe the best hostel I have ever stayed at. Clean, excellent facilities, good bed, clean sheets, bathroom can be a little crowded, but excellent location. Staff was awesome and super helpful. BEST VALUE For the money - hands down! if you go to Budapest - this is the place to stay.

I live here in Hungary and I've seen many hostels here in budapest and definitely this is the best hostel I've been in , Great atmosphere ! Great staff ! Amazing location in the center heart of budapest !very clean ! Definitely would recommend this hostel ! Just great value for the money !

The Kitchen is adorable, the cooking utensils are high quality. my room has cathedral view and it is so amazing. the staff is very humble and helpful. really reccommended hostel. location is perfect.

New hostel in the city center. Great location, large rooms with comfortable beds and good lockers. The staff is very friendly, warm showers and all this at a great price. A good place to start sightseeing and afterwards have a drink of meal in one of the restaurants or bars in the neighbourhood. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!
