Very friendly staff, clean and well decorated and in the center of Amsterdam. Silent, with autonomous heating and a beautiful balcony. We are very satisfied!

The location is perfect, we reached everything we wanted to see/visit/do in Amsterdam by foot. The room is very clean and bright an the balcony is nice. The room has a coffemaker and a kettle, a hairdryer and even a washingmachine. Extra plus is Hans and Wendies small surprisebags with croissants and "Have a great day"-notes hanging on the doornob some mornings.

We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was convenient for our smoking needs. The bathtub was excellent and helped us on the cold wet days. We were so happy after such a great stay.

The place is such confortable. The owners are very attentive. Loved this place, close to the trams and Leidsplein, really good if are you planning to go on a concert at Melkweg, wich was pretty much my case. I do recommend Adamgoodstay Guesthouse!
