The room was in a terrible condition: floor, furniture and sheets were dirty. Bugs in the bed. When advising the staff about it, they simply didn't care.

tThe room was over-crowded with 7 beds instead of the 6 that was promised. This was never fixed despite repeated complaints to the management and their subsequent promises to do so. The water heater in the room was broken which nobody was informed of when they checked-in, so the en-suite shower was freezing. The additional facilities of the room, such as the cupboards and microwave, were filthy and blocked off by the additional bed. The staff were unhelpful and rude. Not enough bedding.

I would not recommend to stay there. The bathroom can't be locked, they have no staff to clean the rooms so bin is overloaded all the time, the beds are uncomfortable and the reception is sometimes unavailable at random times for a couple of hours.
