friendly staff, good hotel, pity it was let down by dirty windows, furnature at the corners not clean, felt that it was a bit overpriced, and it would be more attractive if breakfast was included in the price rather than be an extra. it would not be my first choice, on a second visit.

Paying 115 pounds for a night, I expected much more. The bathrooms were dirty, the rooms noisy.

We arrived to the hotel at 10:30pm - which was already after check-in time, but the receptionist was very helpful and waited for us. It was a hotel with a nice vintage ambiance overall, but modern facilities in the rooms. The location is a bit further from the city centre, but it is easily accessible by bus - and the bus stop is very near. Overall, Adelphi hotel is a pleasant place to stay.
