Denied knowledge of our reservation when we arrived. After much arguement they agreed to transfer us to a sister hotel upon payment. That sister hotel then claimed to be full. Again after much arguement we were given a refund. We even had to argue to use their phone to notify friends that were waiting for us. Ruined our holiday. The staff is great, so friendly and so helpful and speaks English great. Also the location couldn't be better! Staying the heart of Kuta, but no need to listen to traffic noises etc, as the place is just off from the main street but still on it. Easy to walk to the beach and other main things, minimarkets everywhere. Pool is nice, restaurant is great, breakfast delicious and the public toilets clean.
