They shouldn't expect travelers to always have phones on them. Because in order for us to get in, there was a phone number just pasted on the door. Luckly we had a very nice guy helping us, but we were just lucky.

It's a family hotel and it's very clean. I and my gf felt at home in the hotel . We have to say that it is located in a very very nice place with an excellent vision for the square . Nearby there are the beach and the sea , super !

Nice, cheap, located in the heart of the city (but be aware of the noise during the night), but not very clean (rooms and bathrooms as well) and hard to communicate in english with owner.

The refrigerators in the rooms served us quite well. And the view on Plaza Mayor/Plaza de la Consitución is really great. But there are bed bugs! URPPPP! They should definitely do something about that...

The location was excellent. The room was clean as was the shared bathrooms. The room was very hot and the fan broke. It would have been good to have a room with a window out to the plaza. The lady was lovely and happy to talk to us. Their English was good which was helpful for our circumstance.
