The location is GREAT!! Everything in San Sebastian is really expensive so this place is a bargain! It's right in the middle of the most popular plaza in Old Town.

The hostel manager was charming, thoughtful and a little peculiar. The only complaint was heard lots of noise.

Room was very small as was bathroom - could barely turn around in the shower. But location was fantastic and despite a Basil Fawltey type manager (we were welcomed by a gentleman in a bathrobe!) and our room not being made up when we arrived at 8pm it was a great stay in San Sebastian.

They shouldn't expect travelers to always have phones on them. Because in order for us to get in, there was a phone number just pasted on the door. Luckly we had a very nice guy helping us, but we were just lucky.

It's a family hotel and it's very clean. I and my gf felt at home in the hotel . We have to say that it is located in a very very nice place with an excellent vision for the square . Nearby there are the beach and the sea , super !
