Also, situated a stones throw from Chapel Allerton, a cosmopolitan suburb of Leeds with fantastic wine bars, restaurants, cafes is a great alternative to a night out in the city centre. The location of The Adriatic is ideal for the tourist or business traveller.

Overall very accommodating staff, quiet section of leeds, and a cheap cab ride from city center. On the down side, they turned the heat off at night so the room was very cold, and when the heat was on the room still felt chilly. Minor details aside, it was a pleasant stay.

There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 09:00 hotel local time 1 day before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. For multiple stays or group bookings a 25% (of total booking value) non-refundable deposit will be debited on your card.
