the price is more that the price they say on the internet and on the email they send with the reservation to you. when you arrive there it will be 3-4 euros more "because of the current exchange rate". ive never had this problem before in any other hotel (even in non-euro places) and i dont think its even legal to do it, when you have a paper which says exactly the amount you have to pay at the reception when you arrive. the staff at the reception was not very friendly (at least 2 of them).

Excellent breakfast in the morning. The hostel is very secure with the use of keycards. The location is a little further away from the train station/sites than I would have liked, but I was able to walk to Old Town in about 30-45 minutes. The area was safe. As a lone female, I felt comfortable walking back at 9-10pm. Nice big lockers. You can rent towels for free. The water temperature for the shower was not reliable, but I was still able to take a shower. I would stay again.

Great location near i.p. pavlove, clean and nice rooms and a pleasent conmon room. A good hostel, i was very happy with the place. I had filming gear with me and needed a private room, and the place was very safe and nice for me to leave equipment in my room without any worries about it.

Good located, nice and clean hostel. For spring and fall it is a good idea to stay there for a Prague visit. But i wouldn't prefer it in summertime because it was really hot inside the bedrooms. And there isn't any cooling system. But all in all it was absolutely OK

It's quiet and clean. We slept in 6people room and the toillette was at the corridor-separated for women and men. There is kitchen at the ground floor, close to reception- with fridge, microwave, cooker and all the necessary stuff to cook- (frying pan, bowls, spoons etc.). Tea,sugar and spices are for free - as well as using the computers at the living room. Wifi is working well at the downstairs (living room). If You want to use lockers - you have to pay returnable deposit. Highly recommended

The staff is really friendly, the hostel is in a good location not far from the center. Also is quiet and it's breakfast is very good for its price. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

the hostel feels really sad. maybe because of the white florescent lights. but the rooms/bathrooms dont have much character. it feels like an office building. location is okay. staff are helpful and friendly, not much atmosphere, maybe because it was winter and hostel was quiet. i got bitten by bed bugs here so i canceled my last 2 nights. free breakfast was good and food was nice, there was cheese, salami, bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea. kitchen was cosy and well equipped.

Staff was not very nice. On the website it said that credit cards were accepted, but when we checked in, we were told that we had to pay in cash, which wasn't very convenient for us. There is no elevator, so be careful if you are carrying heavy luggage. Overall atmosphere is not very welcoming. However, the location is nice and breakfast is included, so the overall value for money is ok.
