nice staff, very clean，it is also extremely convenient coz its almost in the centre of the town
This is honestly the best hostel I've stayed at. The female room is amazing with all facilities (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, towel, deodorant, nailpolish, hairspray, hairdryer, hairstraightener...) and the beds are so comfortable! And what I really loved was that you have your own reading light and a pocket in the wall where you can keep your phone and other stuff. The hostel is not a party hostel so you can sleep during the night but they have movie nights, bbq and more. Loved my stay!!
Best hostel I've ever stayed in! Great location, very helpful and nice staff and you can get everything you need! It is so much luxury for a hostel. I will come back!
Centrally-located hostel, just 2 minutes' walk from where the Intercity buses stop at Athol St. car park. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 free internet computers in the lounge, plus really comfy lounge with huge TV - perfect for the regular film nights. Staff make everyone really welcome, and you can book just about anything at reception. Great dumpling / gyoza shop just across the road, and everything is within easy walking distance. Even the jetty is just 5-10 minutes walk away (jet-boating tours).
I just didn't like how you barged into our rooms when you were giving tours
I'm not sure if it is actually possible to fall madly in love with a hostel but if it is, I did. The thing about this hostel is that they have the personal touches down pat. I love how they give a tour of each aspect of the hostel, a staff member even carried all my luggage to my room and helped me pick the best bed. Lisa, the manager, well safe to say you'll want her to be your mom immediately. I had a lengthy conversation with the owner upon arrival, the whole place is just magical.
Best hostel I've stayed in, ever!

Warning: if you come to this hostel you will never want to leave. This hostel not only has everything you could want, but things that you couldn't have even thought of. The cleanliness is top notch, and it feels like you're staying in a hotel. The bathroom in the ensuite looks like that of a five star hotel. The atmosphere is homey, and you are likely to find friends within the first five minutes. The hostel also offers a billion free amenities, activities, and equipment. Only stay here!
Friendly staff, shared rooms are large with good storage and facilities for each person.
Awesome hostel! Staff were very friendly and helped you out when needed. Great social atmosphere with the daily events. They have a lot of little features that makes your stay that much more enjoyable. If I go back to Queenstown, I will definitely be staying here again!
This was from far one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! What an amazing staff, they help you in everything you need with pation and kindness, the location is awesome, they even borrow Go pros for free! Great atmosIphere btw, if you're going to Queenstown, this is the hostel you should choose!
Such a great hostel! the staff and the owner are amazing, so helpful even after you have left the hostel. The atmosphere is perfect, very social and easy to meet people if you are a solo traveller whilst not being a crazy, drunken, party hostel. They have an awesome chill out room with bean bags and a huge tv...and also nextflix. All the extra things you can take out for free is ridiculous, one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in many all around the world.
Excellent hostel, in fact one of the nicest I've stayed in.

Loved the bed curtain, wall pockets/light, electric sockets all over. Excellent lounge and community bath, very clean and secure although the kitchen space was a little cramped for cooking. Staff and long stayers were also very cliquish, although some staff were very open and welcoming, for the most part everyone kept to their own group. Staff organizes activities every night though so eventually you can break through, and one night the entire hostel went to the bar crawl. Great value and place.
A return trip, and just as satisfied as I was the first time.
The reception staff were amazing, helpful and sorted me out with money when my card got cancelled by he bank due to a fraudulent transaction in another country.
stayed in a 4 bed room. room/bathroom were a little small but both were clean. power point at every bed was great as was the free wifi. great location. the free use bikes and even a Go-Pro was awesome! lounge are was cool. i'd stay again
The only issue I had was that there was so many staff, I understand that hostels run on a work for board system. but the amount of staff that where lounging around in the common areas all day was a bit excessive.

Such a lovely, welcoming hostel that really makes you feel at home. The all girls room was particularly nice and all the added extras they give you (deodorant, towels, hair straighteners etc) are a great touch, as is having Netflix in the common room. The staff are really kind and keen to help with recommendations and getting you settled in.
the staff are WONDERFUL. They make all the difference :)
