Amazing hostel. I wish I spent more time in Queenstown so I could take advantage of all the free stuff the hostel had to offer!

Hey AQ staff! I have had a wonderful two weeks here, and can genuinely say, that I have never stayed in a more pleasant and welcoming place during my travels. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly which makes them approachable and creates a great sense of community. You guys are awesome, the hostel is very clean, beds are comfortable, and I feel safe and sound while I'm here...a very nice feeling when you're traveling on your own! Thanks so much for everything!

Definitley one of the best hostels I've stayed in (having traveled the states and alot of Europe) All staff are very freindly and welcoming:) All the facilities are great-and are very well thought out.Travelling alone was completley fine, as you meet really great people here and its all very socialble! Only down-side is that you have to leave after two weeks...definitley would have stayed here much longer if I had the option- Thanks for being great guys! Highly recommendedX 16/06/2013

Best Hostel I have stayed at. I read a lot of reviews on this before I booked so I had really high hopes. I definitely not high enough because the whole stay was filled of pleasant surprises. I felt extremely well taken care of the whole time. There are so many little things that this hostel does that I have never seen before at any other hostels. Highly recommended!

I can honestly say that I have never stayed in such an amazing hostel! From the minute that you walk in the door, the AQ crew do everything they possibly can to make you feel welcome, involved and at home! Brett has done an amazing job at making Adventure Queenstown a place where everyone feels included through events such as the communal hostel dinners held every Wednesday & Sunday night. The hostel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage room! Thank you AQ!

This was my first ever hostel experience...and it definitely set the bar high! The staff was amazing and made sure to show you around to make sure you knew where everything was. They made some of the best recommendations and book trips at no extra costs and give honest opinions of what is worthwhile. And even though people of all different sorts are there, AQ doesn't overlook safety and ensures the happiness of everyone who stays. I have stayed in 2 hostels since and this was by far the best!!

My family of 4, inc two young adults children stayed at AQ -from 18 to 22 May, it was a great and fabulous experience. Even before I arrived at Queentown, Brett was helpful in advising me on itinerary planning in the midst of season change. I was Plesantly surprised that the kitchen facility was so complete. All you need is to clean it After use. I sensed orderliness and disciple watching all.the young adults churning up their Italian meals, awesome! Free wifi is really a big plus too.

This is without a doubt THE BEST hostel I have ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at 100s across Europe, Asia & Oceania). It’s impressive how everything has been so well thought out - from the solid, silent and super comfy beds, to an amazingly equipped kitchen (multiple toasters/kettles/oven/toastie makers), and a locker room with a high def camera and a plug socket in each locker. The friendly & helpful staff just top it all off - and Brett's Sunday roast dinner really is better than my Mum's!!

I loved absolutely everything about my stay here. Located right in the middle of crazy Queenstown, they had everything I could have needed and more. Wonderful staff that adore their home, unbelievably well maintained bathrooms, clean facilities, and a list of amenities that is unmatched by any other hostel I've stayed at. I would recommend this place to every last one of my friends, and I plan to do so!

This hostel has everything! I can truly understand why it was ranked the number one hostel. Most things from bikes, wii, iPads and power adapters are available for hire, you just have to leave a deposit which you get back in full! Locker room with cctv and power points in lockers reveal a very well thought out hostel management/ownership. Only down side is that rooms and toilets are a little crammed but it's understandable given its city centre location, rent is expensive.

This hostel is well managed, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great location, near the I-site centre. Clean & tidy, large equipped kitchen/ lounge area's, great facilities. Female deluxe has a hotel style bathroom, extra towels, little extra's, a lot of thought had gone into make the stay a pleasant one. Brett really puts his heart and soul into making it work, his sunday roast is delicious! He is a credit to the business. A difficult situation with a drunken female was managed well by all staff.
