Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked all my activities from the hostel.. Loved the home cooked and tasty dinners for only $8 on Sun and Wed nights, a great way to socialise and meet other people in the hostel. Bathrooms are extremely clean and the hot water never ran out. A very good hostel, probably the best I have stayed at in my travels. Keep up the good work :)

Best Hostel in my whole journey and I m travling for more than 7 month now. The staff is super friendly and the owner is also a really cool person. So many things you can lean for free, like mountain bikes, ipad, go pro camera. The room had an exces to a really great terrace. Defently stay there again when I will come to the beautiful Queenstown.

The little pouches beside the bed and sockets are a brilliant idea. The beds were so comfortable. Lots of space for baggage and hooks to hang clothing. Bathroom style suited the layout of hostel. Lots of hooks for hanging up clothes in shower rooms.

I am a lone female traveller who stayed here for 2 weeks. From the very first day I felt at home. The atmosphere and the people are amazing. I couldn't say a bad thing a bout this place except that I actually had to leave there. Hope you have an amazing time there as I had.

This is definitely the best hostel we've ever been to and we think nothing can compare to this. We can't think anything to complain about, there was everything we needed and much more. The rooms were clean and cozy (air conditioning was a huge positive surprise), bathrooms and kitchen were newly renovated, the balcony going around the hostel was just perfect for eating breakfast and dinner, the list goes on and on. We're definitely going to recommend this place to everyone going to Queenstown!

Welcoming with the aim to please. When I booked I asked if I might be able to have a bottom bunk as I am not confident on ladders in the night. Despite the hostel being full, my request was catered for without fuss. The hostel's Sunday night baked dinners and the Wednesday night BBQs are a great way of meeting people image relaxed and friendly environment.

This was the best hostel I stayed in all of New Zealand. The rooms and bathrooms were well decorated and clean. I attended the quiz night, which was very fun. The kitchen was well stocked; plus there was free tea! Worth every penny I spent staying there.

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the countless activities in Queenstown and they were right when they suggested I do the Canyon Swing in the afternoon rather than the morning to avoid the post-adrenaline let down. If you are looking to meet other travelers, it’s easy to do here. There is a comfortable lounge area with a giant flat screen and a library of movies to choose from. The open kitchen and the three long tables in the eating area make it easy to connect with others.

Wow is all i have to say! This place is amazing! The staff are very friendly, and super helpful. The owner Brett is often there and frequently chats to the guests, and tries his best to make everyone feel at home. Not to mention he is an amazing chef ! You MUST put in for the meals he makes every sunday and wednesday. not only are they dirt cheap (10 dollars for a huge meal) they're also homemade and delicious! They have tons of free stuff for guests, beautiful location, and cheap rates. 5 star

Hands down one of the best hostels I've stayed in (and I've stayed in a few!). They have made the effort to add those little touches that make travelling easier and more enjoyable, like powerpoints and reading lights for each bed, a locker room with video surveillance, and bathrooms that are so clean and nice it is just like showering at home! Plus the staff were all super friendly and helpful which made our visit to Queenstown all the more enjoyable. Will definitely recommend to others.
