When we stepped in to the dorm We were gonna sleep in, there was a guy smoking crackpibe! The staff is smoking crackpibe at the parking lot! The receptionists are very angry and don't know anything about customer service. A man had his backpack stolen. He complained to the front desk. Then the manager came and said that he had to leave because he was complaining. The following day another man was asked to leave. Also for complaining. In our 3 night stay the police visited 3 times. stay away!

I stayed here for the great location close to the airport and the free airport shuttle, staff were somewhat unfriendly but I still enjoyed my stay. The 4-bed dorm room was clean, with no bunk beds, and a nice bathroom and huge tv.

I stayed for just one night. The hostel has a lot of types of entertainment, but you have to pay to use any of them. The dinner and breakfast are terrible, don't count with this. But not is the end of the world as some people say, I would return here if necessary.

Nice & clean place, very hotel-like. Breakfast with a freshly baked muffin as well as coffee or tea is enough to start the day nicely. Staff at the reception was disappointing & not very helpful. Restaurant staff was very nice. Ideal for a quick overnight between flights since close to the airport (free shuttle 24/7 fantastic!) but too far from downtown LA with poor connections to public transport. Lockers, Pool & Bar with great deals available. Good connections to Santa Monica though (ca.30mi).

unbelievable!! do not sleep here. the staff are a bunch of unfriendly ... (I do not want to use this word here), and they double charge the 10% deposit you pay when you book on hostelworld, which they are absolutely not entitled to do. I have contacted hostelworld and they are dealing with it, but still: avoid this place if you can. rooms smell of mould, strange people around, the proximity to the airport is the only good thing about this place. stay away!!

Although the location (close to the airport) is handy, the staff and service is unfortunately terrible. I don't think I walked through the lobby once without hearing people making complaints, or the staff talking inappropriately to clients. I had read similar thoughts on other comments before I arrived, and ignored them because it was cheap and appeared to have good free add-ons. I wish I had followed their advice.

Upon our arrival we were informed that they were full despite our reservation for a private 4 person room performed weeks before. Most guests were relocated to a near by hotel and we were downgraded to a 20 person room for the same money. the free continental breakfast is a scam. We woke up at 7 and all there was was some awful coffee and some hot water if you liked some tea. We were not expecting much but stilwas disappointing. Since we were on transit and all we needed was a bed to crash on

A really good equipped hostel. Full-equipped kitchen, living room, WiFi lockers. Great food :) The staff is really nice and helpful at any time. The showers could be a little more clean but then it won't feel like a hostel anymore.
