The customer service is not the greatest, the girls tend to be very rude at the counter, for my first experience of the u.s.a, was not the best. If you have a car, this hostel is ideal otherwise it's very far to the main attractions of LA, your looking about 1hr bus ride minimum.

If you are looking for a place close to the airport with a free airport shuttle, you are at the right address here! It is quite far from Hollywood though. It is cheap and they have a lot of free stuff, which is nice! Stayed in a 20 bed dorm (only had 18 beds in 3 rooms) with one very dirty bathroom but it was ok for those few days. Pool is nice too! So all in all I guess I would stay here again- that is when I only need to be close to the airport!

I can´t recomend this hostel! 1) The stuff didn´t get us any informations about the hostel (where is parking,where can we find the breakfast, where can we find the connect to wi-fi. They also didn´t get any informations about the city!!! 2)We couldn´t sleep about the noise at the night and in the morning too!!! 3)You offered connect wi-fi but didn´t work!!! 4)In the room was beetles, especially in the beds! 5)The cards of rooms very often didn´t work too.

Hostel was fab but location out of main tourist attractions is FAR!! But right next to the airport so was perfect for me. Cheap, clean and heaps of free things. If you get the chance i reccomend that you go :)

The hostel is at very nice location from airport and they have a free shuttle from airport! the bus stop is very close and they have a lot of fun mashines, pool and free Wi-Fi!

Probably the best-valued place for a short stop in LA! Swimming pool, free muffins, tea, coffee! On the downside, the dorms are huge so be prepared for many people arriving or leaving at night. Cleanliness of the bathroom facilities is a little under average, but its alright though...

They charge more than agreed on the booking. I don't know how it normaly goes but if sais that I have a remaining number to pay that I doesn't have an other price... but I think the staff is stupid... But the Hostel itself is good!

Good for a night if you need a place to stay near the airport. Otherwise there's not too much on offer. You're an hour away from town on the bus, and there's nothing but fast food in the nearby area. Be sure to take advantage of the free airport shuttle.

Very far away from the downtown, Hollywood and Beverly Hill but closed to the beach. Just 2 nice persons in the staff (asian girl and mexican guy), the others, you're bored them all time, never smile !! Not really appreciate ! The dorm is 10 bunk-beds with 2 bathrooms but one the floor was wet every time !

They have parking, but it is very tight...parking lots was full when I was there, so lots of people had to double-park and leave their keys at reception. Only problem was that not everyone left their keys, so had to do lots of maneuvering to get my car out. Staff was very helpful and apologetic though. Was a bit noisy due to other guests shouting outside of room in the middle of the night. Breakfast consisted of just coffee or tea. This place is fine if you just need somewhere to sleep.

Long way from the actually city with limited transport options - we wasted $60 on a Taxi to get to Hollywood Boulavard.It is just a dodgy airport motel that has been turned into a hostel. Staff were unhelpful when I was trying to get the free shuttle to the airport (almost missed my plane only made it because of the expert driving skills of the shuttle bus driver.) I wouldn't stay here again

Okay, to stay at for one night if you'd like to be close to the airport. Noisy causeof airplanes & music playing by the pool. Unfortunately, no kitchen - just a microwave... But since there isn't a proper groceries store nearby anyway. positive: 20 dorms are divided into 2 sections; so you're really only staying with 10 people max...
