Staff was friendly and great if you like to surf. It's more located in NanWan rather than main Kenting, but it's like a 10 min scooter ride down there. Only one bathroom, but I didn't have any issues with it. It is close to the beach though.

Stayed for three nights. Perfect location across the street from an extremely quiet beach. About 10 minutes to town by bus or taxi (or Afei can even give you a ride in his bus). Not much to do at night here in winter (except drink at 7-11), but that's okay. We got a nice deal on a room upgrade, too, so it was VERY comfortable! He speaks English well, but most of the guests don't, but that's okay, too. Our beds were comfortable, shower warm and we even had a balcony.

The location is good, staff were friendly, but it didn't say anything about 3 dogs staying in the main room. I was sneezing the entire time I was there and was too sick to surf.

Not in the main road of Kenting. But its pretty close (u have to say Nanwan road to bus driver), 5min by bus to Kenting town or 30min walk. otherwise I really liked the hostel! The staff, interior, exterior.. absolutely worthe the money!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Kenting. The hostel is at the more peaceful Nanwan beach (just ignore the jetskis). The people working at the hostel are very chilled and friendly, like one big happy family. The owner Afei is a really cool dude and great surfer. It's possible to take surfing lessons at the hostel and they also have a couple (VW) minivans that they use to go surfing in the area as well. Rent a scooter to explore the area, especially more down south/east from Kenting.

Good hostel. Very cute outside and nice character inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clean towels was a nice bonus so you dont have to use the sandy ones from the beach. There were many people just walking in and out of the hostel who were not staying there and no one questioned them. I am sure it is no big deal, but that is the only reason I rated security as only being average. It was great that this hostel is soooo close to the beach and next door to Awu hostel as well.

An excellent air conditioned hostel in a great location. Staff very helpful and happy to arrange a seperate vegetarian breakfast for me in the morning. The staff also arranged a fantastic 4 hour tour of Kenting which was interesting and enjoyable. Very clean and well maintained.
