Welcome!
We are in the historical centre of Lucca, behind the museum of Villa Guinigi, a short distance from the city walls in an area of the town where cars are permitted. Although sited in the heart of the town we are surrounded by parks and gardens. Also our structure has a large garden equipped with tables and chairs where our guests have the opportunity of relaxing, reading or simply resting in the shade. We also have an internal private car park for the use of our clients (not included in the price).
The structure consists of two apartments each having three bedrooms (single, double and triple) and a bathroom for each flat.
Bedrooms
Our bedrooms, light and airy and pleasantly furnished, have TV and ceiling fans and enjoy views over the gardens of S. Ponziano (the ex-monastery), while our own garden is situated behind the house, a part of an internal park.
Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen for the use, enjoyment and convenience of our guests.
Upon request we are able to offer an entire apartment for rent (four or six persons).
No breakfast is served but guests are invited to partake of a light breakfast of coffee and sweet snacks that we provide.
IMPORTANT
From April 1th 2013 Lucca City Council has introduced a tourist tax.
The tax is from Euro 1,00 to Euro 1,50 for one person for day (max 3 days)
Children under the age 14 are excluded.

This is my first review of a hostel as I enjoyed it so much that I wish to tell whoever is going to book it. 1)The hostel is inside the citywall 2)the room is CLEAN 3)it is quiet, well the whole town is quiet. 4)there is kitchen to cook and there is breakfast. 5)the wifi works and i later put note on the paper that the password should be all lower cases 6)there is heater in each room inc. the bathroom , 7)and the landlady would give you hair dryer as well. 8)the laundry is nearby.
