Extremely friendly hostess, ideal location to walk at the centre of Firenze. Our room had a bit sombre view from it to a small internal area, though some other rooms are more lucky... Anyway - a great value for the money.

I dont recommend anyone to stay there,we stayed there two nights and it was not value for money at all.

The hostel/ apartments were up quite a few flights of stairs, so if you have difficulties climbing, this is not the place for you! The stairs were also quite dark. Otherwise, the woman is nice and took time to recommend the places to go. The bathroom was clean, and had hot water. You could leave your bags after check-out. However, wifi was down and security was poor, flimsy locks. Comfortable enough for a short stay, good location, though there were flies in the room and we got bitten at night.

Nice owner, great location. If looking for anything other than a place to sleep look elsewhere, otherwise its just right for you.

Marta is great!! This is a great location, 5 minute walk to train station and 15 minute walk from most famous landmarks. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was great, but it's only one bathroom to the 10 people. The woman who runs it is great and super helpful with giving out information about the city. I definitely recommend it!!

It was in a fairly dodgy part of town. The place was actually a lady's apartment, which we weren't aware of, and there was no way to get in if you didn't already have the key. The doorbell doesn't work and the phone number supplied by the hostel was incorrect. We arrived early, and it was only by chance that the lady found us and let us in. Otherwise we had no way of contacting her or getting into the hostel. Once we were in, it was a good place to sleep, but nothing else.

I think the staff is very friendly and helpful to tell us what are the attractions to go and how to go. The toilet is also clean. However, they should have heater in the toilet and service the heater in the room as it is really cold!
