Location is excellent.

Hi, normally I wouldn't write a bad review about a place, but this hostel really deserves it. The place is dirty and smells of cats and cat's urine. I arrived at 23.45 and was out the door by 9am the next morning. ( I had booked for 3 days) When I explained to the owner she didn't seem bothered and of course didn't offer a refund. I am far from fussy and of course I wasn't expecting a palace, but this place was really bad. Stay away!

This is a really charming hostel, the staff are super friendly and it's only a couple of minutes from the beach. We went in winter and had no problems, they were open and the staff were expecting us. They let us check in early and also leave our luggage there after we checked out, and they really couldn't have been more helpful. The room was small but lovely, a little chilly but in summer that would be a pro! There's a seating area on the roof with great views of Bodrum.

Location of the pension was really good, just at the center of the city, near to the marina, bus terminal and night life.. Staff was friendly and helpful.. Rooms were small and bathroom was at really poor hygiene..

Very basic accomodation, suited my needs as only stayed one night as a stop over.

Like the previous commenter, I stayed because it's the cheapest place for a solo traveller looking to avoid the hostel. My room, though, didn't smell at all and the receptionist who dealt with me did speak English. I guess it's luck of the draw but this place served fine for an overnight rest.

For the price, you can't complain. We got a standard double which had a decent clean bed, air con, private bathroom. the water wasn't hot, but we only stayed one night so it didn't bother us. There was wi-fi, but it only worked the first day we were there. You get breakfast in the morning, but it's quite small so you will need to eat something else. It's a 2 min walk from the strip of restaurants on the water and then another 5 mins along to the walking shopping street.

Not to sure whose to blame here, Hostelworld for putting up a Hostel that is shut or the hostel? Anyway all very keen to accept my down payment but when i arrived, the place was shut! I had no email back from the Hostel which i find totally unacceptable. Anyway let me tell what i do know. Bodrum in off season, is 60% shut, dont bother going there on a Monday cause everythig shuts. However as a base to see some sights and as a town without the 18-30 package holidays is a lovely place!

The owner of Agan Pension is wonderful, as is her mother! The pension is conveniently located near the water, bars and restaurants, all in walking distance.

there was no computer for internet and no aircondition in the room and the bathroom did not look so good either no separate cabin for shower. also it was noisy and the receptionist could not speak english. when i had a problem she just put words in google translator and she did not help me. after the first night i moved out. at least i got my money for the other nights back.

Really lovely family fun this Pension, the rooms were pretty small but clean. They give you tiny towels, but a seriously lovely town to visit and a really nice hostel to stay at, the view from the roof is well worth a visit! Close to everything!
