The Agosto is in a central area of KL very near to China town and night market. In the same street you have at least 10 hostels to choose from so the Agosto has to stand out a little from the others. Unfortunately it didn't. A very cramped shower area, tiny windowless rooms and very sparse breakfast (bring your own milk) are three things that put us off staying there again. Their motto is that they want to improve and appreciate good and bad comments.Lets hope they see the need to improve.

Good location (like the 10 other hostels on the street), quiet, with a nice staff (particularly Joyce), this hostel is a good value for staying in KL. However, for the picky person who like large shower, you've got to know that, here, they present a brand new concept: the toiwer. A toilet right under the shower. There, forever alone will always be accompanied when having his shower. The space is limited though. It's the only con, the rest is great. Breakfast is included.

Second time we have stayed here, so it must be good! Great location, in walking distance to town and central bus station. Very close to Chinatown, for market and great eateries. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little small, and the walls are thin, but traveling in Malaysia, this seems to be normal.
