Caserio Larrabide offers quite a unique experience. The old 17th century farm building is nestled in the hills - overlooking the port in one direction and the mountains and outskirts of San Sebastian in the other. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and clean and the owners were really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. It 's like a B and B but with hostel communal facilities - perfect and unusual. Highly recommendable. We hope to return.

This guest house sits on the slope of a hill with a magnificent view of the harbor and little town of San Pedro. San Sebastian city centre is just a 10 minute drive away. The road to the house is very steep and the potholes gigantic, so you need to be a fairly accomplished driver - I do recommend a car to get to the house, it's a bit isolated. The couple who runs the place are very nice and helpful. This place is for people who prefer relaxing at the house rather than the city night life.

The owner here is fantastic! Nice comfy room and equipment for cooking. A little out of the way- but totally worth it! The view is great too!
