The staff were extremely helpful and lovely- they made us feel very welcome. The map given to us at the start of our stay was very helpful and allowed us to see all the important sites. The staff also organised everyone in the hostel to go out to dinner together and also recommended the nice and cheap restaurants that served the local cuisine.

What a great hostel! A great atmosphere lends itself to getting together with other travelers and going out together. The wifi works great. Yes, the bathrooms could use a bit of work, but I'm not at all bothered by those things. Giuseppe is amazingly friendly, hospitable, and helpful, as is the other owner (sorry forgot your name). I would not stay anywhere else in Palermo, and hope to return sometime! This is the kind of hostel that really helps make your stay special, and memorable!

we had an awesome time in palermo thanks to giuseppe from the hostel "ai 4 canti", he gave us excellent advice what to do / where to go and made our stay a very pleasant one. the hostel is very nice, the location is just perfect!

The staffs are fantastic friendly

Conveniently located in a characteristic old building where the hosts go the extra mile to enchance my stay. Additionally, usage of wi-fi, kitchen and hot showers is free. All is good, except for the cleanliness -- it is acceptable but it can be improved.

I had only two days in Sicily, but this hostel made me feel like at home, thanks to Giuseppe and Andrea. Location is amazing, and the hostel has a beautiful roof terrace facing the most beautiful church in Palermo. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and will give great suggestions, how to get the best out of your time in Palermo and Sicily. They’re organizing a lot of social activities for guests, and we all went out for drinks.I would for sure stay there again.

The atmosphere was good and the staffs were super nice, but I would not recommend staying here if you prefer to stay in a place that is clean and has locker. The people that I met here is what made it amazing. The staffs try to organize a night together with the travelers so that they can get to know each other and go out together to a square with live music. They were gave me a color coded map of Palermo with all the places to visit and restaurant to go to and a day trip to a beach!

I've had a fantastic stay here- Giuseppe & Andrea have been fantastic, they have heaps of information about things to do in Palermo. there's a pretty spacious kitchen, terrace, sitting area, etc. good location. The sangria night was awesome.

Really nice and friendly staff. I would recommend this Hostel because of its owners, which are really helpful and supportive. The Hostel is not clean, however. If this was to be changed it would be perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in Palermo a lot! One main reason for this was the very helpful and nice stuff! I would immediately book the same accomodation again!

The facilities are what you would expect for the price. The real advantage of this hostel is the relaxed atmosphere bringing all the guests together and great staff!

Nice location, nice staff but horrible beds with plastic covers. If somebody in the same dorm turns around, you will hear it al night long!

Very dirty hostel, the bathroom was terrible! The room itself was quite good, but the rest was really dirty. Staff is great, they are so friendly and kind, I also liked location. But I can't recommend this hostel to anyone, but it was only for one night

The best welcome place I've ever seen. everything was perfect. I met a lot of people there. and one more big thanks to Andrea, Giuseppe and Gustavo. U r amazing, guys!!!! keep it up. I'll return to Sicily and Palermo for sure. and i hope u found my postcard on the table ;-)

The staff is great they are really nice people who make your stay fun, but the place is not that great. The entrance is sketchy, and the bathrooms are really nasty, they dont have lockers.

I had a really great time here! The staff is amazing, they were so helpful in getting around the city, recommending restaurants and fantastic day trips outside of Palermo! They also created a really fun environment and got the entire hostel involved in activities. I would definitely come again!

Location was good and it was good to be placed all in one room for 7 of us. Disappointments regarding toilet&bathroom facilities. Only one bathroom available for +- 12 people. It was also dirty, with broken shower door, broken washbasin, no hot water during night, no toilet paper refill. The other shared toilet also smelled bad and the washbasin was also broken. Staffs were friendly and informative in traveling info. But not helpful in solving problems and taking complaints.
