Fantastic hostel! There was two of us and we got to experience both the dorm rooms and one of the private rooms, both were clean, super comfortable and the private room was amazingly spacious. The Giuseppe, Veronica and Hallie were all very welcoming, informative and enthusiastic. The places they recommended were all very affordable and the restaurant recommendations were great! When we go back to Palermo we be staying there again for sure! Thanks guys for a great stay! J&J

I stayed in a single room for a week. The room was very large, facilities at B&B excellent, and the owners extremely helpful. They recommended (and took us to) bars and restaurants, making my stay very special as many of those places were very much off the beaten track. It felt more like staying with friends rather than paying for a hotel room, at the same time not lacking privacy. Excellent choice!

Best part was definately the staff and they really are the most amazing and friendly people with a lot of information of all the places! They also organize all kinds of activities for the visitors who are interested. Still.. dorm was not the best ever, only one plug in for 6, no nightlamps, 2 shared bathrooms that you always needed to wait for. Location was nice and warm blankets.

The staff was excellent, they were extremely helpful and gave us a lot of guidance on what places to see and good places to eat. They did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable and possible. The hostel was pretty clean and safe. If you are looking for a more personable experience, then this is the hostel for you!!!

This is the first hostel I have stayed at where the staff (who are also the owners) hang out with guests, take them out for dinners and ensure that they enjoy their stay. During my short stay with them I noticed a number of repeat customers who fell in love with Palermo and chose to come again. The staff/owners will make sure you explore beyond the usual touristy spots.

A really nice hostel in the centre of Palermo, just a 10 minutes walk away from the central station. The two hosts Giuseppe and Veronica are great, they are very friendly, show you all the important things on a map (monuments, bars, food, markets..) and definitively love their job! There is a great atmosphere in this hostel, I can totally recommend it!

This hostel is broken into 2 parts with one half being the more dorm-like hostel and the other part is in another part of the city and is more like a B&B. I stayed in the B&B part and it was a really great experience. We were very close to the center of town (both parts are) and the owners were very nice, giving us a map with all the best places highlighted on it right after we arrived. They made it a point to see that we were enjoying ourselves and were always just a call away for anything.

Great staff, really cared about the customers and everything they did. Took us out for meals and showed us around the town and where to go authentic foods. Anywhere we needed to go, they mapped it out, looked up bus or train times and everything. I would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect in the midst of the historical center. More importantly, Veronica and Giuseppe (who run the hostel) really go out of their way to make people enjoy their stay in Palermo. In addition to providing extremely useful information about what to do, see and -- not least -- eat and have fun, they often organise evening outings with the guests and make sure that everybody are having a good time. Rooms and facilities are simple but very clean and functional. Highly recommended!!!

I had a fantastic time staying here! I felt so welcome and even got showed around the city when I first arrived. The staff was so helpful and it felt great to have people there to help me and my friend since it was our first time visiting the city. I was very pleased with everything, our room was very "homey" and comfortable as well :)

This was my favorite hostel so far on my trip. Great location in the middle of Palermo, short walk from the train station and most of the things to see in the city and the nightlife. Giuseppe the owner does an amazing job of introducing you to the city, showing you what there is to do and how to go about it, and also gives lots of information on possible day trips for things in the area surrounding Palermo. He also went out of his way to go to dinner with us and go out for drinks.

Veronica and Guiseppe were amazing hosts. They will really go out of their way to make you feel welcome- even if you are a bit shy. Staying here was a great experience, and it is in a great location. Guiseppe even made us pasta! The rooms are also very nice, and very clean, which is always a bonus. I had a great time, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
