The manager / owner is someone who could be an example of how not to be "client oriented". The B&B (or at least rooms 1 and 2) is actually just a 2 rooms flat (with kitchen and toilet). Easy to hear your "flatmates" in the kitchen / toilet. "The breakfast" part of the B&B means make yourself a coffee and tee (but there is not even jug kettle) and toast bread (with butter and jam). There is also some cake that is delivered (probably all over again) once the previous is finished.
Location is quite near the train station but a bit of a walk from San Marco. However, in Venice a long walk is not so bad as it gives lots of time to explore side streets. Maurizio, the owner, was nice enough. The room was clean and we had a canal view, which was great. Although the skeleton key locks didn't seem totally thief-proof, we felt totally safe since the door to the building itself had a more secure lock. Bathroom was large and clean, but breakfast wasn't much. We'd stay here again.
location is really good!! room is also comfotable and clean!

Would've given better review if the person who ran the B&B was more welcoming and generally had a better attitude towards his guests. Seemed like a grumpy old man.
