I didn't like this place! We arrived and the problems started! They lost my reservation and charged more money than the price announced! I booked for 2 double rooms and they give me only 1 twin-bed room. when we arrived in the room it was OLD, DIRTY, and every thing was BROKEN!! I demanded to change the room...No toilet paper and no hot water! they make me wait for 90min before solve my problem! I DID NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!

It,s not so bad for the price i paid. the most i liked was the staff they are all very polite , I would go back to the same hotel when i go to sharm again. Also i would till my friends about it. thank you.
